	xUnit Test Patterns: Refactoring Test Code by Gerard Meszaros. What?! A test book? Agile isn't going to work if you don't have your test act together, period. Martin Fowler changed the terminology in some of the articles on his web site to adapt Gerard's. Need I say more?
